Skip frying cutlets and lean on tasty chicken tenders to create the ultimate lunch (or dinner) fit for a family. We used an entire loaf to make one big sandwich!

8- to 12-oz pkgs. breaded chicken tenders

1/3 c.

mayonnaise

1 tbsp.

yellow mustard

1 tbsp.

ketchup

1/2 tbsp.

sriracha

large loaf Italian bread, split

1

head Little Gem lettuce, leaves separated

2

plum tomatoes, sliced

half-sour pickles, sliced

  1. Cook chicken per package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and sriracha.
  3. Spread sauce on bottom half of bread, then layer with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, pickles and remaining bread.
